Omismart Bulb

They are cool and all but extremely limited to what you can do. Mine keep resetting to default red color. So I keep getting porch light red…doesn’t work for those auto on and off lights for this reason. But inside where you keep them on and set works fine.

So I saw this app was rated pretty bad when I first got it, and it worried me, I had trouble at first connecting the lights due to one reason the directions on the app forget to mention that when you connect them for the first time it has to be within 5 Seconds after turning the lights on. But you only have to do that ounce when you first get the lights. I also wish they put a mode that lets the lights go to white. The lights are clearly able to go to white because they go white on the color changing mode.

They are a little pricey, but not bad bulbs. I have 4 in a row on my garage, and when I switch modes, one or two bulbs takes a little longer to catch up with my command, or I just tap the command on the app a second time and it will work, same goes for changing the color. Fun to play with, and they’re bright enough, and have a lot of colors, but they forgot one thing. There is no white/yellow-white, for when of if you want a normal looking bulb. Also too tall for older fixtures.
