Face ID
As a loyal customer for a decade, it’s disappointing that the Himalayan Bank app still lacks Face ID login. In today’s digital age, security and convenience should be a top priority. Other banks have integrated Face ID for smoother and more secure access. Himalayan Bank should catch up to improve the user experience.

HI-MB
I am former customer of Civil bank ltd and I was enjoying Civil Mobile banking but since they merge with Himalayan bank limited their new HI-MB is complicated to use. The biggest issue now is I am in Dubai, I received new Himalayan bank account no, user name but can’t receive password and transaction pin in email to set and start using HI-MB app, please try to find the quick solution for foreign customer. I think receiving your PASSWORD and TRANSACTIONPIN on email will be big help.

Error for registration
I am in uae i have been communicating with the Himaliyan bank team almost a week nothing solved poor service its not been fixed but i get reply from the bank now its working please check once u check still the same.
