Tried to load money from app to my eSewa. My number starts with 97, it always says eSewa number is invalid. Please look into it.

This is the worst banking app i have ever used. Always asks the user to change their password and expect them to remember it. If you forget it, they will ask you to go to their nearest branch. And the lag in their online transaction every 1-2 out of 10 times.. OMG. I am switching to other banks. Even B grade bank would be better than this.

With the latest update, my screen goes black when i try to open my account. Always been slow in the past. Doesn’t work when ita most urgent.
