The banking institution itself handles all their clients with care. The app itself is highly outdated, which was one of the reasons we discontinued our accounts with the Townebank. The interface is old and it needs an update immediately

The app is terrible. Makes you change your password and then doesn’t utilize the updated password. When you try to login just says please wait and endlessly repeating loading screen. Customer support will have you delete and re download the app and then it only works once when they push it through on their end. The customer support reps know it’s terrible and are apologetic. If you need app based banking for business go elsewhere.

Been very frustrated getting this app to work with all the new security measures. Doesn’t recognize passwords and unable to enroll mobile device from the desktop. Is it possible for a bank to be too secure? Yes
