Gesture: REAL Social Gifting

Just another regular day at work when I suddenly realized I had forgotten my best friends birthday. It was already close to 4 pm and there was no way anything would reach on time since she lives in NYC and I live in TX. I started browsing through gifting apps until I found Gesture. It had promised delivery within 1 hour which is fantastic but unfortunately she lived slightly out of the zone. Just when I was about to give up, I got a call from customer support and it turns out Gesture was able to save the day. The support team, specifically Yan, was very helpful with my order. Even though she was out of the zone they were able to deliver the Champagne on time. My best friend was very surprised and super happy :D What could’ve been a disaster turned into fortune! Thank you, Gesture.

I have used Gesture several times. However, this last time was such a memorable experience i felt compelled to review it. My cousin’s birthday is today and i wanted to send her flowers (with coronavirus we cannot meet in person) so, i went to gesture last night to order and it turns out she was out of the delivery zone. (BUMMER) i searched apps similar to Gesture (didnt find any by the way) to make sure i could make her bday special. Today, i get a cal from Yan saying ‘Hey! We see you tried to place an order out of our delivery zone- we would really like to get your order delivered’ I was DELIGHTED! It literally made my Friday! SHE LOVED THEM! Thank you, Gesture (and Yan) for helping make my cousins birthday special!
