What a joke. Our law firm has never been able to use the app despite months of troubleshooting with their IT folks. Highly disappointed. They shouldn’t even have it given it doesn’t work
Worked for two weeks after spending hours on the phone just to install the software on the server. Can’t get to work again even with their technical support.
An app for desktops would be more efficient - which is what I use for client meetings. Writing out detailed descriptions on a cell phone is a pain - and it’s a waste of time if I have to keep correcting what has been submitted on my office computer. I might as well email myself the description and wait til I’m at the office to enter it. At least this way it’s just a quick copy and paste. This app is best suited to record time only - not entering detailed descriptions. And I don’t have a need to purchase an IPAD plus extra gadgets to use this app. Please consider creating this app for laptops. Thank you.
