Problem
Last couple day no picture at all

Very poor experience
I hate having to log out and back in again every few minutes. But even then the video stream won’t load. Get a bunch of different error codes which mean nothing since there is no message to explain what is going on. Have to constantly add the device and cameras on both real-time and playback. I use google login feature.

Playback No Longer Accesses Motion Detected Video
Version 21.1.3 updated July 6, 2021 purportedly to “fix known bugs” apparently has created a whole new one. Playback which when enabled used to access motion detected video denoted by yellow lines in the time line now only returns “normal” video denoted by a solid green bar. That effectively eliminates the ability to find any event without playing the whole day. Navigating through the time line itself is frustratingly difficult. What were they thinking?
