DLB Sweep

I downloaded this app yesterday to buy a few tickets. My first red flag was that they require an NIC number and photo just to purchase a ticket. I went ahead and bought them anyway, trusting DBL, but when I tried to log in today, it insisted my PIN was incorrect—even though I entered the exact same PIN I set up yesterday. To make matters worse, when I tried the "Forgot PIN" option, the app claimed its own OTP was wrong. This is unacceptable. My credit card details are saved in this app, and I no longer feel it is secure. Please investigate and remove this app from the App Store.
