I booked 2 tickets for Ilayaraja concert on 1st Oct 23, for the show to be held on 27Jan 24. Cost LKR 30,000. Organizers cancelled the show. I am writing to this site from early March 24 for refund. Very poor response. Still no news about refund irrespective of multiple attempts with this site. Very disappointing service. I advise people not to use this site to book any show, as no contact number, customer service or service almost non existent.

App keeps crashing constantly so makes it very unreliable. Theres no available updates, no regular bug fixes either. Even though booking through the app is easy, it only allows us to do in certain times so might as well switch to a better reliable app.
