A company that earns millions by being one of the only companies that still has limited internet quota in 2024 and in return they can’t even build an application that’s functional
-Constant log outs
-Paying the landline is mysterious with no information of how much of it to pay nor how much is left to pay off if you do pay, leading to moments where if you’re one pound off the landline service just stops which takes the internet with it
And now most recently I’m locked out of logging into the app because of too many log in attempts, the log in attempts are 5, all of which crashed the application when trying to log in, and they still count as attempts, so now I’m stuck with a 15 minute cooldown on trying to log in when I never logged out to begin with, and better yet, it will log me in magically when it wants to, but not when it is needed, leading you to use their website which DOES NOT LOAD when quota is up, and neither does the app, and so if you’re in a situation where you need to top up really quickly without having to go and do it manually at a nearby fawry you’re out of luck, since this multi-billion company doesn’t like spending money on working products.
When it works it’s about what you expect a decent app to have, but it doesn’t work exactly when it is needed, and you still have to use proper mobile data to use the application, but when it doesn’t work, which is often, you sit and think, where is the money going?

Why do I have to enter my service number and password every time I open the app? Occasionally it will remember both, but it’s completely unpredictable.
Speaking of unpredictable, the app and website frequently do not work, so I just end up with some error. Other times I’m able to login but my usage doesn’t show, only the balance. If I force close the app and log in again it will usually show up.
Also, why can’t I refresh? I just opened the app to check my usage and it was stuck where it was from like eight hours before. I had to force close the app and log in again to get updated stats.

The attachment icon (paperclip icon) in the chat doesn’t seem to work, which is quite disappointing. This feature could be incredibly useful for supporting technical issue claims with pictures or screenshots directly in the chat, instead of resorting to emails. Such a functionality would make resolving issues faster and more efficient. I sincerely hope the developers notice this review and address the problem in the next update. Thanks in advance!
