It took me a moment to get into what I want to do in the app, but I find out it’s too much easier from the old one It need some improvements but for the first release can’t wait to see what you will do guys next time Hopefully if can login with Facebook account it would be so great ;)

This app is absolute trash. I have been using the App Store for more than 6 years and this is the first time I write a review. I haven’t been frustrated with an app to this point ever. The user interface is absolutly horrible. And that’s when it works. The problem is it never loads. I have never opened the app and did what I wanted to from the first try. And why the isnt the option to disable auto renew placed somewhere accessible. I profoundly believe that they made this app and their whole system extremely difficult for the consumer and super frustrating so they can make money off the mistakes in auto renewal and off their weird subscriptions. The user interface needs to completely be changed. It is not intuitive at all and the person who designed it has probably never used a phone before. I need to know what I am subscribed to. And how to stop the subscription. I need to see a list of the offered plans so I can choose. And for god sake why the isnt there an option to opt out of the constant text messages and the flash message I get when I finish the call and get notifications from the app instead. For a company this big this app is an absolute disappointment

One of the worst services. Suddenly got a call that my number is going to get suspended because my visa is about to expire, telling me to go to the nearest branch to update my information. When i got there, the employee told me that you can’t update your information and that vodafone is known to not update your information just so your number will expire and you will have to buy another number. And that was true, my application to update my visa information was denied for no reason, cuz they want me to buy a new number. Absolute trash of a service. Does not even care to fix the problem.
