Cross Stitch: Coloring Art

I love this game. I have written a positive review before and given it 5 stars. I have recommended it to a lot of people. But this last update is ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!!! There are WAY TO MANY ads now!!! That is why I am writing another review changing it to 1 Star. Pictures that I have already started I have to watch ads just to work on them!! It’s RIDICULOUS!!! Why did you do this? Just so we would have to pay a few for the ads to go away!! I am VERY UPSET with this!! I should not have to watch an ad just to complete a picture I have already started every time I try to work on it!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE repair this issue. I understand that you need ads in order to keep the app going but we shouldn’t have to watch an ad every single time we try to work on a picture!!

[eta] i was definitely pessimistic about getting a response but you came through, playcus. my coins and albums have been restored after i emailed support again listing the albums i was missing and how many coins i lost. thank you 😊 [previous review, problem fixed] this is an app i really enjoyed and i had played long enough to collect a LOT of albums and at the time of the update i had over 6500 game coins. all of my albums are gone, including albums that i had pictures in progress. when i try to finish the picture it tells me to rebuy the album. i emailed support and haven’t heard anything back. based on the other reviews i’ve read, i doubt i’ll get any reply or my game back to the way it was. in fact, i doubt anyone is actually reading these reviews because another person with the same problem wrote a review saying they had emailed support got the same form response as everyone else to contact support. big fail playcus. i bet i get the same answer.

Okay so let me start off by saying the game is great. I love the pictures and the time it takes to complete them. The major issue that I have that kept this score so low is this. I live in the country. Even though I have unlimited data signal at mo home is spotty at best. While I understand the game needs the ability to show videos and commercials or ads to get money I wish it wasn’t so demanding about the players connectivity. While I am at home trying to play I get a pop up ever 15 seconds telling me my connection is bad. EVERY 15 SECONDS!!!!!!! It’s absolutely ridiculous. I understand maybe having this come up ever 10 maybe 15 minutes but every 15 seconds, seriously?? On top of that I have to acknowledge the message as many as 6 times before I am allowed that fast few seconds to continue my picture. Please developers I am begging you, fix issue. I want to continue playing but not if I am more frustrated than angry just from trying to play this game. If this issue is fixed in the future I would be more than happy to raise my score. Thank you.
