Cross Stitch: Color by Letters

I purchased the no ads version and everything was working ok until about 2 months ago. Then I started to receive ads when claiming day 1-3 daily gifts. I contacted them and about a week later they replied that it had been fixed. It worked for about a week then the ads were back. I contacted them again but never heard back. I’m still getting ads with my daily gifts. Clicking the restore button does nothing. In addition there have been no new pics for a while making me believe the app is abandoned.

Nothing but trouble with this app I deleted it and re-downloaded it four times already because the pictures mysteriously disappear the coin stay there but the pictures disappear now this last time everything disappeared you contact support they want to know exactly what packages you had bought and you tell him and they do nothing

I liked the app before the update & had purchased some coins to purchase some packs of pictures. However when I got a new iPad and put this app on my new iPad, I wasn’t able to restore my purchases. I also am now getting a message saying that I have a problem with my internet connection. This is the only app that I get the message on. I contacted app support on 1-15 and they asked for purchase info on 1-16 so they could restore my purchases which I provided to them that day. I have heard nothing since then. I contacted app support again a couple days later with the info again & a couple days ago, still no response. As of now, I have contacted iTunes to ask for help in getting a refund. I no longer want to use this app.
