NESCAFÉ É Connected Mug

⭐☆☆☆☆ I recently purchased the Nestle e-Mug, and I was really excited to use it. However, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. The iOS app keeps crashing every time I try to connect it to the mug, making it unusable. I've tried reinstalling the app and troubleshooting, but nothing seems to work. It's disappointing, considering I expected a seamless experience. I hope Nestle addresses these issues soon, as the product seems promising but is sadly let down by the app. Would not recommend until they fix these bugs! I am cheated for 6 K bugs and threw itaway in recycle garbage.

I recently purchased the eNescafe coffee machine, excited about the prospect of brewing coffee with just a tap on my phone. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned into frustration as I encountered numerous issues with the eNescafe app. Despite multiple attempts over the past five days, I have been unable to use the app successfully. It's disheartening to invest in a product with such innovative potential, only to find that it's practically unusable without the accompanying app. The idea of controlling coffee-making through an app is intriguing, but it falls flat when the app itself fails to function properly. The app's erratic behavior has left me feeling disappointed and disillusioned with my purchase. Nescafé needs to address these issues promptly. As it stands, the eNescafe experience feels like a waste of money. I hope Nescafé takes swift action to rectify the app's shortcomings and restore the promise of convenience and enjoyment that initially attracted customers like me.

The app isn’t that user friendly for creating custom recipes. For example I cannot select any coffee mix other than NESCAFÉ Classic, I shoud be able to add any ingredients to my recipe but the app only allows to add from a limited selection, I cannot add a custom picture to my recipe. Also it keeps on logging me out if I create an account using Facebook and also I cannot change my profile picture that way. I cannot even play the game when the coffee is being prepared because I disabled it once and now I cannot find how to enable it again.
