I’ve been following Bethany in social media for a while now. When they announced the launch of the project I was intrigued and had put off the download. (There’s so much out there, I was overwhelmed by online fitness.) Then I watched the videos and as a yogi and former dancer though, let’s give it a shot. Let me tell you, this workout is INCREDIBLE. I feel powerful, sexy, strong during and after. (I catch myself smiling mid routines.) That’s cause Bethany makes it FUN and reminds of of how AWESOME we are in and under the skin and bones we call body. They make me wake up before work and actually want to workout instead of rollin’ out of bed to my first meeting. THANK you. I’ve been trying doing this week’s routine in the am and last weeks at night (mixing with yoga) and I feel like My body is transforming and so is my mood. 10/10.
I’ve been using this app consistently for almost 5 months - I can tell my balance has improved and I’m gaining strength. This is one of the first workouts I’ve found that I actually look forward to. I love the blend of dance, Pilates and yoga. Bethany is a great instructor - encouraging and judgement-free. They break things down well and offer alternatives. If you’re still struggling with a move, you can submit questions and they release a weekly tutorial on Wednesdays. One of my favorite aspects is the mood check-in before and after the routine. It has been a healthy way to shift mindset away from exercising to improve my mood rather than change my body.
First of all, the app itself is awesome and easy to use! I love that you have an option to turn the music up or down so you can hear Bethany’s instruction more while you’re learning the routine, but as the week progresses you can listen to the music louder to really get lost in the moment of what you’re doing when you need less instruction/queues. As for the workout, incredible, beautiful, dynamic and more. I wish I could list the whole dictionary in this review of positive things. It’s unlike most workouts I’ve done because of Bethany's beautiful energy, but also her ability to give so many alternates for each exercise in one 30 video per week. I can not recommend this workout and app more. I’m SO incredibly glad and grateful I signed up!
