We’re a small business so it’s challenging to keep up with the latest technology and communication platforms. This platform has proven to be incredibly useful. The pricing is fair and more then worth the cost. I’ve had a few questions and confusions on my behalf and support has been very efficient and helpful.
Way cheaper and basically the same interface. Only other difference is Chekkit actually has awesome customer service (as opposed to almost zero).
As a former Podium user I can confirm the app is more reliable, cost is way lower and customer service at Chekkit can’t be beat!
Chekkit gives your business a dedicated texting number, website chat, lead tracking, review collection, and payments — in one app.
