Same issue as everyone else
This app does not work. Tried for 2 hours to scan my product and it just does not work. They don’t have a customer service team to reply to so I’m not sure how this will be fixed especially with a company as large as DuPont that heavily relies on this non functioning product.

Hard to use with little to no features
Been trying to scan and take a QR on my Mobil for hours but no results super frustrating

Very Promising!
Based on what one can read on their website and various articles and reports written about the company, this might just be THE system of the future. I really hope more companies will catch on. All seems to work like they say it does. I couldn't crack it like I was able with another system that promised a fancy anti-counterfeiting solution. Looking forward to seeing their copy proof codes on many more products soon.
