I was pretty satisfied with the app able to book a flight with my getgo points easily, could check for promo flights as well, the only problem was the process when paying. Other than that all seemed well. Just gotta have patience some people are just overreacting lol. I’d download it if you got a getgo card. Easier to track your points 👍

It always say that my account is locked and I need to reset my password even though my account is actually able to login via web. I cannot even use the app properly when I try to create an account or sign up. I tried to use the app on another phone and still encounter the same issue. The app is of no use at the moment. Cannot redeem getgo offers that are only redeemable via mobile app. Please address all the issues and reviews asap

Believe me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn’t believe the reviews on how crappy this app is. But no! I shouldn’t have! It’s the worst app I’ve ever encountered. 😩 Year of birth was initially wrong so I had it updated to the correct one as it may cause problems in the future when I use my points to book flights. But after they have corrected this error, I cannot access anymore the freaking Flights tab and instead keeps giving me the message that I need to reset my freaking password. I did the resetting for like a million times but.. nada! Just don’t waste your time if you don’t wanna end up frustrated like me.
