So easy to rack up points. Can be used almost everywhere.

Always encountering error to restart or reset password. Trying using their site does nothing too, always says flight unavailable. Why even display it then? You can try submitting a ticket, but good luck getting a proper response. Other than template answers (asking if you did the basic troubleshooting), there are no other replies addressing your concern. If you look at their social media accounts, they’re being flooded by user complaints too.

It would be better host not to give points/rewards than to create a program that is so frustrating to use. As soon as you separated your program from my Cebu Pacific account, it has consistently fallen in usability. My suggestion to Cebu Pacific customers: don’t bother. It’s just not worth the added stress. I have been trying for three years simply to consolidate my GetGo account with my new Go Rewards account (I’m which they never gave me an account number but want me to link it to a horribly inconsistent cell phone number) and no one can help me. I have to go to NAIA help desk just to get help. Horrible program and horrible customer support. Again, don’t bother.
