I really hope the quality of this app is not an indicator of the quality of your bus service considering I just bought a 5 day pass before downloading this app. “Contact Us” is spelled wrong (Contanct Us). The option that says “find walking directions to this stop” is not a functioning link at all and your website clearly states that there is a “live map to see bus arrival times” which also must not be functioning because I don’t see any times other than opening and closing hours. For such a large business (I see your busses everywhere in the city), I would assume a higher level of app development. I hope this is a work in progress because it needs a lot of improvement.

This was one of the BEST tour we ever went on. The tea was nice and warm, the food was delicious, and the bus itself was so great. I went with my mother and our friend for my mums birthday. We did the deluxe package and I have to say, the food was so good. The little sandwich really did fill me up. New the tea. We got to sample 5 teas and they were nice and warm. My favourite was the chai tea. Also, the server was so sweet and friendly. One more thing I like is that we leave right on time. So overall one of the best experiences and we all had a great time!

Advertised on the website the app allows you to see a live view of there the bus is, it did not. (At least for NYC) Also the audio tour guide on the bus is an AI-generated voice, kinda disappointed. Some of the songs were randomly high-pitch- trying to get around copyright? Lame.
