This app has poor compatibility with other programs, frequently freezes, and changes with scheduling in app sometimes take hours or days to process. Some features such as advancing the schedule for viewing and forwarding a schedule to the next week are helpful. However, the negatives far outweigh the positives.

The active case list does not open anymore when switched to SLC Lead page. it just exits the app instead.

Recently speed has been slow when scheduling appts and also verifying appts. Pin locations are not always accurate especially when patients lives in a large condo community, making visit verifications hard
