Our family has enjoyed Maria’s for 25+ years. We originally frequented their Santa Clarita location until it closed. Since then we have driven the 20 miles to their Northridge location, because the food is so good and their service is superb. Wife and I love the ravioli (cheese and meat). Their meat sauce is killer. The basket of bread is to die for!!!
Been going to/ordering from the Woodland Hills(Mulholland Dr) for many years. Their wonderful staff and delicious food have kept us coming back. My husband loves their Chicken Parm and Spaghetti and Meatballs with meat sauce, and my favorites are the Eggplant Parm and the Pappardelle&Sausage. Their pizzas and salads are also excellent. Whatever you order, you can’t go wrong!
The food is good, but the app is horrible in terms of how membership rewards are handled. The app shows you the “Free” food you’ve gotten from the membership promotions. However, you don’t apply the rewards when you place an order. Say you earned a free cheese pizza. You are supposed to add the cheese pizza, add any extra toppings, and check out. You are shown the non-discounted price in your order confirmation and basically have to trust that they manually apply the discount when they ring you up at the restaurant. However, the free pizza is only for a medium. If you order a large, they won’t subtract the cost of a medium pizza but instead will charge you the full price. No where in the rewards listing in the app does it say anything about a size limitation. They also don’t alway load your rewards into your account. Even if you get emails saying you earned an award, you won’t get t he discount unless it’s shown in your app. Since most of the awards expire 7 days after you earn them, that can be a problem.
Although you don’t need to have the APP to be in the Kitchen Club, with our new Kitchen Club Rewards APP, we’ve made it even easier to order, earn poi...
