Second Phone Number'

There was a nasty storm that blew through SE PA, and my companies phone lines were down. I work for a trucking logistics company, and needed to schedule deliveries to our clients (mainly universities and hospitals). After one phone call to schedule the delivery of some lab equipment, my number was blocked and my account suspended. In my confusion, I reached out to customer support who informed me that “As per the update received from the carrier, some inappropriate conversations took place from your number”. I made ONE call, and it was for a legit business purpose. They further went on to say “As for now carrier has blocked the number, but we will try again in a few days and seek their guidance and resolution. The chances are low for any kind of resolution”. I literally started cracking up laughing at how ridiculous their “carriers” screening process is for calls. Luckily I had signed up for the free trial, no money lost. However I spent time creating my profile for my temp business number, just to have my time wasted. Luckily we got a new phone system installed the day after this happened, so I am no longer in need of a second number. This company is HOT GARBAGE, as is their app. Please do not use this app or give them your personal information, I have a suspicion that this is just a data mining operation.

This people are thief’s guys don’t ever buy numbers from this app they made this app to ripe people of their hard earned money everything they wrote here is nothing but all lies they stole my money I paid for their support team will never rely you because they all know what they are doing thief’s numbers doesn’t deliver message immediately the subscription expires they won’t even inform you to know if you want to keep paying for the number or not they will just take of the phone number if you have registered anything PayPal and others they will take the number with out informing you this people asked me to pay 15$ for one time payment I did it for 2 numbers I bought from this thief’s they never gave me those numbers they took my no money till today they don’t reply my emails it’s a shame that apple allowed you guys to be scamming people out of their hard earned money

This app was awesome until three days ago. I have paid for the premium package and literally had zero issues for almost 6.5 months now. As soon as I started getting extremely comfortable with this app and of course had gone through so much to keep my information discrete and private by using this app and the same number that once again I had paid for. And now I have paid quite some money now to use this app and the same number that I wanted. And all of a sudden I go to open the app and they deleted my number. I worked so hard to get this number and the type of work I do which is kindve hard to explain on here but that number meant so much to me and now all of a Sudden it’s gone. I did not delete that number I can tell you that for sure. This app would be an outstanding 5 out of 5 stars if this didn’t ever happen and that would be an insult to this app bc it did deserve so much more until 3.5 days ago. I now have lost so much money, contacts, information and that info was key, and just so much hard work into this and now they deleted my number for what reason I don’t know why. I wish I could get that number back and they should give me that number back but because of what they did they only deserve 1 out of 5 stars now. If they can get me my number back that I had for so long I’d be glad to erase this post and give them the 5 out of 5 they deserve but until then it’s only a 1.
