It works just fine most of the time, but I’d say about 25% of the time I try to use it, it tells me it can’t log me in. Super annoying if you’re trying to transfer balances to buy something at a store or send money to someone. It was way more reliable on the old app.

The new app is awful, it was supposed to be better but they just ruined the app completely.
I get an error and can’t sign in anytime i actually need to check my account, even the biometric sign in is as or maybe even more unreliable than the rest of the app. Why include a feature that the user is never able to use.
They got rid of the only useful feature that allows a user to check their balance from their quick navigation. If you’re going to remove useful features at least make your app reliable enough for people to use it.

They said this new version of the app would be improved and make things easier, but its the opposite. Used to be able to see your direct deposits as soon as they went into the account and now its 7 or 8 am before anything is visible in your account. The app itself is harder to navigate and is constantly giving me an error message or “cant log you in right now” message. This app is awful.
