The app hasn’t had any meaningful updates in over a year. Then they update the app and takeaway the coolest feature (the ability to see your past switches, stats, models, etc...). The app is pretty pointless and 99% of your interaction with the program will be via the concierges. Other than requesting a switch, the app doesn’t do anything.
