I’ve been using the app for a year and it’s great for finding appointments, however lately i have been getting a black screen everytime i start the app and it hasn’t been fixed

No appointments are ever available. In three and a half months I only saw an appointment notification twice. Both times I clicked within half a second and it said the appointment was gone. Clearly, this is not working. I’d gladly wait in line all day in the cold if i could actually get an appointment that way. This way, you are helpless. If the online system isn’t working, then there is no way to get a visa and you can’t do anything about it. There’s something deeply wrong with the appointment booking system and it needs to be sorted out. I’m lucky to come from a relatively safe country, but if someone from a war zone gets deported because of this, they could die. Does Ireland really want innocent blood on its hands because of technological errors?

This app saves me tons of time and effort filling forms and refreshing pages.
I know it’s not ethic to use a bot but it is what it is, the app helped me to find a way out under the stupid rules.
