I had high hopes for the Western Union app, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. The user interface is clunky and outdated, making it difficult to navigate through the various features. Furthermore, the fees associated with using the app are exorbitant and not clearly disclosed upfront. It feels like they nickel and dime you for every transaction, leaving you with much less than you intended to send. Customer service is virtually non-existent, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives when you do manage to get through. Overall, I would strongly advise against using the Western Union app. There are plenty of other money transfer services out there that offer better functionality, transparency, and customer support. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your financial needs.
