The customer support for this application is useless. I was logged out of my account and had to reset my password. The only way to do so is get a system generated text which for some reason I did not receive. After all the troubleshooting, the support had no options and asked me to change my linked phone number which was a painful process but I changed that too. Even after that, I did not receive system generated texts to reset my password. Now the support is telling me to change my phone number again. They do not realize that problem could be with their service if it’s not working with multiple numbers and mobile operators. They have verified my identify with my passport and still can’t help me reset my password other than using the system generated text. They do no have any phone support and the email support will keep giving you generic replies to drag it on so the customer gets frustrated and gives up their money. I have tried reaching out to their social channels as well but they can’t help with technical matters and revert back to the email support.

Read below and beware. The verification is SUPER long! Well over 24 hours. Been over a week and some change. Other than that I see Crypterium moving up very fast and being one of the top Crypto apps because of they’re vision and the burn rate. I just think they need to have more answers for people when they reach out instead of saying it’s gonna be several days. So don’t transfer until you’re verified otherwise your Crypto is stuck and you’re limited to $150 a month transfer. Which means if you have over $1200 balance. Do the math that’s forever and if Crypto rises even longer. Edit: STILL WAITING FOR KYC. DO NOT TRANSFER YOUR MONEY HERE UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE KYC OTHERWISE YOUR MONEY IS STUCK!!!! Edit: spoke to the team on Telegram and the support there is better than anywhere else. They are quick to respond and give you more information than the in app support. They finally verified me and I can use the app to its features thank God.

The app does not perform up to the hype that it has been given. Every time I deposited LTC, I had to put in a service ticket to get my balance updated. BTC also required a service ticket to get the right balance. App appears not to read the balance of the actual wallet. You can see the updated balance on the blockchain, but the app will show a different balance until all of the deposits have been confirmed by Crypterium. This may cause your coins to be locked up in their app until they update the balance. Did not like having my coins stuck and not being able to take profits before the dip. ETH seemed to work ok but took a day to process the withdrawal. BTC and LTC withdraws are still processing after 28 hours. Not the place to deposit anything that you are going to be using right away as your coins will be locked up possibly for days. Was able to buy CRPT with BTC and that transaction was completed in seconds. No way to sell CRPT back to BTC. Have to withdraw to exchange in order to sell back CRPT. Chat support was good. They are responsive, but seem to be very busy resolving all of the service requests that they are getting. I like the concept and had high hopes for the app and the company. App left me disappointed and rethinking my investment.
