Handwriting Keyboard ™

This is only 1 of 2 apps that I am currently aware of that allows real time handwritten input to text conversion. The other one seems too inaccurate, though it has lots of features. This app could use the following: Much louder audible sounds for the virtual buttons. Resizable text entry box/area so there is more room to write vertically. This can be improved somewhat by using the Accessibility>Zoom feature but is not ideal and takes time to set up. More customizations or features in general like resizing and moving or changing the location of the virtual buttons. Lastly, if technically possible it would be amazing to write using two fingers simultaneously, just slightly offset in timing so one finger could finish just ahead of the other. I doubt this is technically and/or practically feasible but would be useful in theory.

Before I was frustrated with my iphone’s Devanagari typing/input keyboard. I knew there must be a written form in the app store. Sure enough I found this! I love how no matter how much I mess up while writing Nepali/Hindi , it identifies what I want to write almost 99% of the time (though I cannot speak for the other languages and their accuracy). If you are learning Hindi or Nepali, I definitely recommend purchasing the Pro version to support this app and its team’s work! For the disclosure: I do not know the team who works on this app at all, but I wish I did because they helped me significantly with practicing my writing on my iphone!

The purpose for me getting a handwriting app was to make writing Nepali easier. It does this and recognizes my writing well, however there is one feature which I think it needs. That feature which I seek is: Automatically entering spaces after we select the corresponding word. Because adding this feature will cut time by a 1/3, which can make a great impact. As of now there are three steps. 1) writing with your fingers, 2) selecting the corresponding word detected, and 3) pressing the space button to start a new word. Just eliminating the last step can make this a truly flawless typing experience. If anyone read this, thank you. Keep what I wrote in mind.
