The app is great when it works and has full functionality. In my experience I would say the app has full functionality approximately 80% of the time, which is why I have it a 1. Every time I go to the bank someone says oh yeah we were having trouble with app or the app was down this weekend. FFSB is great and I love their employees but they need to step up their IT game for sure!
The worst banking app you could ever have. Seriously the constant “technical issues” when logging in almost every other day. Having my password gone and my Face ID turned off almost every few days and I’m having to re sign in and re enable my Face ID. Please not only avoid this app but avoid this bank in general. Not to mention the garbage customer service/support they have in person and on the phone. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
I love the ease of using this app and the security it offers while I am using it. It makes my banking needs so much easier.
