What a waste of time! Too cumbersome to navigate. Too many exclusions, exceptions, conditions. For example you get one point per dollar spent (except for at FairPrice where you have to spend $5 to get one point) and it’s only for receipts over $20. You have to upload receipts within 24 hours and when you do get an e-voucher you have to convert it to a physical one by going to the customer service counter. What nonsense!!

Despite several updates, this app is still buggy and requires me to uninstall & reinstall just to submit a purchase receipt. The bugs are serious to the point that it basically leaves u stuck to a screen. The system has not been well thought of. Previously receipts take 1 working day to be processed. Now with this app and ‘technology’, it can take days to be processed. This means having to keep receipts for days, & having to check back to see if it’s processed correctly. Submitted receipts are taken in its entirety, but can be rejected after a few days. Only the obvious reasons will be shown, such as incomplete photo taken etc. But the app does not indicate what other reasons that cause the receipt to be rejected.

The CRS counters were faster, more efficient and had less problems than this excuse of an app. I’ve been on the CRS program for years and when I download this app, you guys are not telling me that my email doesn’t exist when I’m still receiving your newsletters! How does one actually even get any Carpark rebates if you guys just decide to flush the previous system down the bowl and suddenly, we are only recognisable by our emails, not even our vehicle IU numbers? Thanks for this upheaval, I’m not going back as I would’ve in the past. Whoever’s reading this should consider too before dropping by VivoCity. This app really is a sorry excuse to just get more parking fees and the tragedy is, it’s not even well done. Congratulations for turning your consumers off Mapletree!
