Printful App

Unfortunately even though it's an easy app to use, they're not very transparent with their pricing. I had to dig through help forums to find out what my products actually cost to ship as they give you a $5 to $15 general range. How am I supposed to price my products when I have no idea how much they cost to ship? When I finally dig out the answer it turns out they ship every single product separately so you're going to wind up paying the most amount possible to get your products to your customers. It feels quite deceptive because when you are uploading pricing it shows your 'revenue' made from each product with no mention of how expensive the shipping is until a customer has already ordered so while I thought I was making around a 25 to 30% profit on my goods, it turned out to be about 6%. Unfortunately I have already put my entire visual catalog onto the store so I will probably keep using it but now I know I have to jack up my prices because they were not upfront about how much it ACTUALLY costs. If I find another option that works with my website I will definitely take it.

Simply put, this is the best print-on-demand company I’ve experienced working with hands down. They’re always expanding inventory from actually reading your reviews on the many different products they offer. The products are usually good to great quality. The templates for creating your product & bringing your vision to life are easy to use. The branding options are phenomenal & forever changing as well. Trust me, I know because I’ve made several different suggestions for products/branding options & more and they’re available now. That being said, why are you still here??? There’s a wide amount of options of products to choose from and good print quality BUT, the prices for each item and fees are kinda rough. I run a online clothing business and the prices on there have to be kinda excessively high so I can atleast make some profit off of sold items but some people look in the other direction due to the fees Printful brings up for sleeves and a back print. If Printful had not removed but reduce these fees and general prices for their products it would really help my business a lot. I also want to address the clothing customization. When I crop the size of images the image completely disappears. The image snapping and lack of options to customize the image kinda gets really annoying when you are designing on a phone, I wish Printful could be more advance and more options to customize would be better. But glad Printful can print good, have multiple options, and deliver at a decent time (usually a day late) I look forward to Printful improving in the future.
