I don't need a flashy, complicated app. Barebones and blue collar. I fill out thousands of delivery tickets a year for my job. Creating a delivery ticket template was easy once you understand what everything is. I have also created templates for Paysheets and fuel purchases. It's really easy once you get the hang of it. This single app has digitized my entire job. I literally never put pen to paper anymore. App has never crashed, data has never been lost.
*UPDATE: this developer is top notch with customer support. If you want a developer who listens to ideas and makes those changes, then go with this guy. I requested a small change to give a couple more options for input and he did the change. Not only that, he then followed up with me a month later to let me know about the changes. Thank you, Clive.

Forms is a complete app for creating Form Templates and then filling those Forms as many times as you want. There is no signup or need to use another device. Forms works completely offline, until you wish to share your Form Template, Form or PDF document.
Forms has been designed to save you time, ensure you do not miss any important information and to create a beautiful PDF Document. To help with this, Forms has many time saving ways to capture your information, as well as indicating if any mandatory information is missing.
