My ups always say on and offline and won’t stay online per the app but ups is running fine

1) There should definitely be a free level for users with only a few home UPSes. We are often the ones referring others and it’s a ripoff to want another $10/mo from us for the smallest plan. I’m sick of all these subscriptions. 2) Fix your activation email. It needs to URL encode the email address. If the address has a plus sign (+) in it - which is perfectly valid a you aren’t encoding it and your server is interpreting it as a space character, which makes the activation fail. Every. Single. Time. This is web programming 101. While you’re at it, fix the spelling in the email - you mean “Activate”, not “Active”. At least make it look like you aren’t outsourcing everything. This has me seriously second guessing all the Cyberpower UPS systems I’ve put in over the years.

I like where this is heading, but it needs more control functions like the ability to run tests, turn power on and off etc. also ATS functions. I’m sure these will be added in time. I’ve used cyberpowers products for many years and sold them to a lot of customers. They are reliable and a lot cheaper than the bigger names.
