I have used the app twice now and had super service on both occasions. Easy to use, taxi arrived exactly on time, clean car, friendly driver and price as per quoted. Will definitely use again.

Use them all the time but recently some of the taxi drivers are just driving off after “2min wait” and being INCREDIBLY rude!!!!!! I specifically book the taxi well in advance for the time I need it everytime! For example - the school run. Its no good turning up 10 min before the time I specifically book it. I won’t have my child stood outside on a main road before the gates open! ALSO could you update the app so you can add stops? Like if I need to pick my friend up on the way to my destination? It doesn't give you that option. THAT would be an amazing addition to the app! Thanks.

Joke of a taxi service, pre-booked taxi 1.5 hours before they was needed. Not only did we ring then we rang before this and was told if we rang an hour before the taxi would be available, sat at the venue for 2 hours after the time it was supposed to arrive and was rudely told a taxi had been and gone from the venue so either we want a taxi or we don’t! No calls were made from the taxi service to say they had arrived or an apology because they knew they didn’t send one at all! Do not use this taxi service!
