This app is a dream come true, and I can’t imagine a better value. I had been a single person operation for years, but once the Covid vaccines came out and people started traveling after being cooped up for two years, I had more bookings than I could cover on my own. I’ve hired 6 different contractors this year, and I don’t know what I would do without Walkies. I can schedule appointments, assign them to different team members, see their work in real time, and see their notes and photos for the client. It has been awesome to have this reassurance that they are providing the same level of care as I do.
And just like some of the other reviewers said, the customer support is amazing. I’m not sure when the developer actually sleeps! He’s across the ocean and still gets back to most of my questions within a few hours, no matter what time I send them. There are no cut-and-paste answers - it’s a real conversation. If it’s an issue with my account, he will find the booking and manually fix it. If there’s a bug in the app, he is literally releasing updates the next day. He’s even created a Discord channel where users can chat with each other and with him, so it’s like a whole community of support not just for using the app but for running our actual businesses. I can’t imagine ever using anything else.

If you’re looking to start a pet caregiving business, then look no further. This app will elevate your company and take it to the next level. When I am at a meet & greets with potential new clients, I like them to get a glimpse of how they will receive pet updates for their visits and my clients love it!!! The app is so clear, neat and adorable. It adds value and professionalism to your business. It makes running day-to-day operations seamless and keeps me organized. If I ever run into any troubles, Rob, the founder of Walkies, is always working hard to troubleshoot and solve my issues as quickly as possible. I truly have never seen customer support like this. Rob cares about your experience and is always listening for ways to make improvements. I constantly get updates and patch notes on how he is making Walkies better. This is honestly a MUST-HAVE platform! I promise you will not regret making Walkies your partner in crime 💕 In summary, I love the Walkies app and you will too.

We will (and have!) shout it from the rooftops - Walkies is a phenomenal app for pet sitters and dog-walkers. We have tried many different apps geared towards pet-services and none of them compare to Walkies!
Walkies is adorably designed - the colors, icons and overall graphic design are eye-catching and kitschy. The interface is intuitive, clean and cohesive. Our clients say the same of the client app - intuitive, clean and cute!
Walkies is powerful in its capabilities - think mileage tracking built in, invoice management, CRM - but what makes it come out above TTP and any other pet-sitting app is the developer. Rob, who is the developer, designer and founder is constantly working to improve the app and fix any issues that arise quickly. We’ve found him open to feedback and suggestions and seen a few of our feature suggestions come to life! We appreciate him and his software for making the management of our small business 10x easier.
