Walkies: Pet Sitting & Walking

I’m so impressed with this app! The features are exactly what I need as a dog walker/sitter and I’ve found it allows me to be more present with the pups instead of trying to remember all we did during our time together and sending a long recap via text to parents at the end of the day. My favorite features are the gps tracker (and that you can note their potty habits easily and quickly within the gps), the taxi (car ride) feature, and being able to share photos and videos with the pet parents from our time together! Speaking of parents, the feedback from them has been fabulous! They love being able to follow along with their pup’s day in real time, and love showing their colleagues, friends, and family their pup’s “Instagram feed” from the day and what they’ve been up to! It also gives them peace of mind knowing they can check in anytime and see where their pup is and what they’re up to. Big kudos to the app developer! He is also open and responsive to feedback and questions, and you can tell he’s very passionate about this app and providing the best experience for his users! 10/10 app and experience!

When I am at a meet & greets with potential new clients, I like them to get a glimpse of how they will receive pet updates for their visits and my clients love it!!! The app is so clear, neat and adorable. It adds value and professionalism to your business. It makes running day-to-day operations seamless and keeps me organized. If I ever run into any troubles, Rob, the founder of Walkies, is always working hard to troubleshoot and solve my issues as quickly as possible. I truly have never seen customer support like this. Rob cares about your experience and is always listening for ways to make improvements. I constantly get updates and patch notes on how he is making Walkies better. This is honestly a MUST-HAVE platform! I promise you will not regret making Walkies your partner in crime 💕 In summary, I love the Walkies app and you will too.

This app is a dream come true, and I can’t imagine a better value. I had been a single person operation for years, but once the Covid vaccines came out and people started traveling after being cooped up for two years, I had more bookings than I could cover on my own. I’ve hired 6 different contractors this year, and I don’t know what I would do without Walkies. I can schedule appointments, assign them to different team members, see their work in real time, and see their notes and photos for the client. It has been awesome to have this reassurance that they are providing the same level of care as I do. And just like some of the other reviewers said, the customer support is amazing. I’m not sure when the developer actually sleeps! He’s across the ocean and still gets back to most of my questions within a few hours, no matter what time I send them. There are no cut-and-paste answers - it’s a real conversation. If it’s an issue with my account, he will find the booking and manually fix it. If there’s a bug in the app, he is literally releasing updates the next day. He’s even created a Discord channel where users can chat with each other and with him, so it’s like a whole community of support not just for using the app but for running our actual businesses. I can’t imagine ever using anything else.
