Indeed Flex - Job Search

I’ve had a great experience working with Indeed Flex. The app is easy to use, and I like being able to choose shifts that fit my schedule instead of being locked into one job. The pay has been fair, and I appreciate how quickly I can find available work when I need it. The onboarding process was straightforward, and communication has been clear whenever I’ve had questions. For anyone looking for flexible work, extra income, or a way to gain experience with different companies, I’d definitely recommend giving Indeed Flex a try. Overall, it’s a convenient platform that gives you more control over when and where you work.

The app stated that the pay period was from the 24th-30th and that payday was Friday the 30th. However, since the company that i worked at through flex indeed had a different pay schedule, flex indeed failed to pay me on time. I put time, effort, and planning into figuring out when i would get paid and my pay was delayed which caused financial hardship and struggle. The app also states that you can cash out your paycheck early however when i went to cash out early, i couldnt. I then had to reach out to support to learn that due to the fact that indeed flex and the company i worked at had different pay schedules, i would not be able to use this feature. None of this was explained beforehand and flex indeed did not have good stewarship. Promises were made, and the app underdelivered even though they had the means to make a great product. I recommend that flex indeed do what they say theyre going to do even if it means carrying a float for a few days. The brand should be of upmost importance to them and they lost the faith of a loyal supporter.

I will start with how when I try to clock in on the app it won’t let me and says the app needs to be updated but an update is not availabe support says it’s not the app turn on location but it was never off and support says the time sheet at the jobsite is what we’ll go off of for your pay anyway and you will be paid the following Friday of the week your shift was on, next Friday is gone and I haven’t seen any deposits, I once again email support giving all the details they asked for and a day later have no response, no phone number to call and nothing but cookie cutter emails that dodge my questions and place blame anywhere to say we have resolved this issue, if you expect good work out of us youd better hold up your end but it seems like you have chatgpt running the support team, I’ll come back and add more as it comes up but presently I am ready to say I wont work for indeed flex if you want my time your gonna have to deal with me directly and meanwhile I’ll be forced to put a claim in with the labor board to get compensation for my time, effort and gas money I have sunk into two weeks of work to get nothing in return and remember I gave you multiple chances to keep this quiet and make it right
