The whole idea of the app is to show you credit card statement and upsell as much as possible. However, that you cannot keep logging on default the purpose. You miss payment deadline when you cannot logon! Of course, Aeon earns interest from you in that case.

When app was there it was lousy one, with so limited functions and services. So many virtual and other banks facilities are being upgraded and people can solve through app itself without going through any trouble of customer service. Now when it is on way to redesign it is still rising too many inconvenience. If app is being redesigned then they should have made it available through browser but, even that is inaccessible.

The app is terribly outdated in terms of functionality and user experience, considering it is from a renowned company. It is definitely NOT instantaneous at reflecting our expenses and payments, taking too long to update. Customer service help desk doesn’t help too much, always providing conflicting information and not able to communicate information accurately.
