Calculator⁻

Ever since Apple updated their calculator with a stupid backspace button(???), I’ve been looking for a replacement. It’s amazing how many DON’T have a percentage button them. This calculator has one, but it doesn’t work properly. Try: 100 x 50%. You’ll get 5000. Additionally, the basic arithmetic buttons are not in standard positions like on a real calculator. This makes it confusing to use. My search continues…

(Using this solely for its vintage look and feel for writing “calculator words”) The audio symbol makes it hard to screenshot anything with more than 7 characters. Otherwise, looks great!

As some previous reviewers have mentioned, this has a fatal flaw which makes it unusable. This calculator does not recognize decimals. If you input, for example, .3, the decimal will appear, but as soon as you input the 3, it turns it into a whole number. So .3 turns into 3. If you need to deal with fractions, this calculator is completely unusable. This was reported at least a year ago, and the developer has still not fixed it. You might want to save your time and look elsewhere.
