Hibbett - Sneakers & Clothing

I have been shopping with Hibbett for at least 15 years and I have never had any problems with the quality or sizing of the merchandise. The products are consistently reliable, stylish, high quality, and offered at great prices. I can always count on finding excellent value without sacrificing quality. I’ve also had exceptional experiences with their customer service representatives. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. It’s rare to find a company that maintains such a high level of service and quality over the years. I will admit that many of the shoes and clothing items that go on sale tend to sell out quickly, but I don’t see that as a negative. If anything, it lends itself to the popularity of the products and the great value Hibbett offers. Quality merchandise at competitive prices naturally creates high demand. Hibbett has earned my loyalty, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

I just started shopping in Hibbett Dec 2025, recently I went to their Spring Valley location to pick up some Jordans that I had entered in the raffle and was lucky to be selected. This visit really made me decide that moving forward this location and company will be my to go shoe place to shop. The customer service from start to finish was over top, it’s hard to find this now a days. I ended up leaving the store with 3 extra pairs of shoes, it turned out that the person helping me was the manager. Thank you for my experience in your store, what I loved is that the other employee working also was giving an amazing customer service as well.

Here recently I have not been able to purchase any items using the Hibbetts app & picking up in the store which is very discouraging & makes me want to delete the app for good. 1- it takes up space on your phone & 2- by using the app you can keep up with discounted items as well as put merchandise that you’re interested in buying into your wish list & purchase at your convenience. Here lately… I have not been able to use the Hibbetts app whatsoever! When trying to use the app it says that it has none of the items in my wish list in any of my sizes via shipping online nor in the stores but when I go into the stores there are all the items that’s in my wish list but NOT at the discounted price nor am I able to purchase on the app and send to the store or get the items for my rewards that I have accumulated via the app😡😤 I have called customer service & haven’t heard anything back from them. I have recently purchased over $150 worth of merchandise but I see that Hibbetts doesn’t value me as a customer so therefore I will be returning my merchandise within the next few days to give Hibbetts some time to fix this issue...if not...the merchandise will be returned & I can shop somewhere else!!
