iKhokha

It has now happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks, twice between yesterday and today, that I am told there are problems with being paid. I am at the point now where I cannot keep just accepting this. I am so upset that I am considering switching to yoco as I can’t keep waiting for payments for extra days. I am a small business and need the money to feed my family. I am seriously unhappy with the shocking lack of service. By the end of this month I will need to decide if it is worth staying or moving to another option. As it stands, I am extremely unhappy and frustrated. No iKhokha, this is not how business is done. If I treated my clients this way I wouldn’t even have a business anymore.

Bought the machine on Friday, I explained before paying that I need the system to work by Sunday due to an event we where hosting, they said it would be possible, I sent all needed docs and sent emails, nothing, on Saturday I most probably called more than 10 times, spoke to someone who sent an email saying she would fast track my staff, she sent the email, but never responded to any email I sent, she never called back no matter how many times I called begging to talk to her. Sunday I called again, had someone assisting, who understood my frustration, but needless to say, it’s Tuesday afternoon and this thing still doesn’t work, should have gone with the other providers. Really not impressed.

Since using iKhokha my life has changed. My business is making more money than ever because people can now pay with a card. I am also making some extra moola using Vend as my side hustle where I can sell airtime and electricity to my customers for a reward! Well done guys. Can’t wait to see what you come up with next.
