I really enjoy the app it gives quick access at your fingertips when you need it
When logged in it acts like it’s continuously trying to load data even though the data is loaded. It does this glitchy thing where it scrolls/lags on its own so you can’t stay in one place to look at something. One of the bar graphs is so long you have to scroll forever to get to the next graph.
I’m able to easily see data any way I want (trends, text analytics, key drivers, charts). It has the ability to easily filter and share via any channel I want. Better yet - it has notifications that remind me to check in. Helps me stay in touch with customer experience while I’m on the go.
