I would strongly think about using this service because it was ok for me first few times but once I chose a bit longer distance price was shown 930 rubles however when I finished the trip 2 kilometers away from the original place I put on the map in the beginning but within the city it recalculated my trip by minutes and not 8.7 rubles per minute as I saw when I booked the car but 18 rubles per minute. So trip cost me 2200 rubles instead of 930 rubles. I found it unfair and called to customer support, then wrote to chat 3 times and every time I got the answer that everything was according to the rate. Even when I asked to reconsider my total cost trip and said that I am not going to use the service anymore if it will not be reconsidered I got the same answer. So I believe that company doesn’t care about customer experience and find the manager’s work not professional

The app is great technically. There are a lot of cars. The support works fine. The prices however are on a high side compared to other car shares in Moscow. But you will be terrified by total control over your style of driving. Road police has no issue with your over speeding, but the big Yandex brother is watching you every second and ready to increase your fees if you accumulate enough >20 km/h overspending events. Want to test your brakes to see how skippery the road is in winter? The big Yandex brother would decrease your rating for abrupt driving. That all would be accompanied by moralizing and as-they-think ironical messages which are supposed to teach you to behave. That attitude to the user is disappointing.

I had used it several times including a small accident with a car and had full experience with this service and application. - when you accept/rent a car you cannot upload beyond some limited number of photos. Once, they called me several month after the rental and interrogated me as if I damaged something claiming that certain part of the car was not on the picture when I was accepting it. Poor experience. All the cars have scratches, and you need to spend a huge amount of time to record all of that, but the app does not allow to attach all the files. - if you rented a car to get to a certain address the app does not allow to park it nearby the little spot the app shows. In certain areas the cars are parked in two lines blocking other vehicles. They ask to park correctly, but it is not possible within the little are the app shows - I had a small accident, when I touched the plate of another car. No damage to any of the vehicles. I documented everything but was not able to upload a video beyond 30 seconds. That is the app limit. The overall experience of the app and the service is poor. I rented a car with this app with a full extra insurance included. No damage was done, but I had to wait for the police for hours. I barely touched the plate only because of the car’s parking system being broken (no sound alarm). The app is confusing, it was hard to find a “call” button. When they started a chat within the app, there was no option to call from the chat. Do not trust your safety to this app and car service.
