IDBI Bank GO Mobile+

While on travel to USA, surprising when I tried to initiate any transaction like IMPS, NEFT for payment of my insurance premium, the app displays “User is blocked for doing any OTP transactions. Please re-activate the application to enable transaction access.”. When I am trying to re-activate the application it’s giving me error that “Kindly connect to a Mobile Network for processing activation.” Please note that, I am able to receive SMS from other banks as well as other SMS & also able to make international calls while I am in USA then why the application is giving me this error. I contacted my branch, but they are also not able to help me. Humble request to immediately help me else I will loose my mediclaim insurance which I am opting from so many years.

The device I use was jailbroken previously i.e., during iOS 7/8 days. It’s been running stock firmware since iOS 9 but this app throws ‘This app isn’t supported on jailbroken devices’ error. Either find a way to correctly determine if current firmware is jailbroken or just throw a warning message & let us use the app. P.S: App devs need to know that iOS jailbreaking scene is slowing dying & not many users are opting for it for various reasons incl but not limited to errors from fin tech apps.
