App keeps on crashing
I got logged out from the app and now when I am trying to login it says cannot connect to the server. Now I cannot check my body fat. Please update the app and fix the issues

Worst app, renders product useless! Don’t buy!
Every time this app is being updated, it keeps asking me for my phone number for ‘support purposes through Whatsapp’ and it doesn’t allow me to enter the app without providing the number. To make it worse, even when I do provide the number, it never sends the OTP to be able to log in. So I now have a useless scale where I cannot use any of the smart features because this problematic app will not work. Please remove the requirement for a phone number altogether, it ruins the whole experience. Also, for anyone considering buying a product from this brand - DON’T, it’s a waste of money and their customer support is useless.
