Your customer care team can manage your social media inquiries and reply to them from the app!! No need to share your sensitive social media login details with your employees!! That’s just powerful! Sonetal call can be answered for free on the app or forwarded to your preferred phone number or even to a Sip address!! This just wows me!! But that’s not even the bestest part 😂😂 lol !! I really think the best best bestest (if there is even a word like that 😂) part is actually there customer support service it’s top notch!! Fast responses and they are always willing to help! With so many different call apps out there I believe this is one of the best. It makes communication easier no matter where I am, my calls get forwarded to my mobile line. I believe everyone should have this.
