I have been playing around with the app and there are a couple of items that I feel are missing. I used to use Skype and there was more information when people called my line. Before people could just dial my US number directly, but know I am being told they need to put a +1 in front this will cause some issues with me. SMS will be arriving late if PIN is being requested was not a problem with Skype. The app is takes a awhile to load. I do have to say the customer service is on top of the issue and tries to resolve any issues that arises. I need to use it a bit more before I can give it a 5 rating.

I was looking for a solution to make calls to Romania from the U.S. at reasonable rates to help grow my business. In the past, I used another well-known service, but despite paying for a phone number, it couldn’t be displayed when calling someone—showing up as an unknown number instead.
Sonetel helped me solve this issue. I appreciated that to get a number, I had to submit documents for verification, and my account was approved only after this process. This made me feel that the service is secure and that phone numbers aren’t just given to anyone. Throughout the process, I had assistance, and when I encountered a technical issue (due to my own lack of knowledge), their support team was prompt in responding and helped me resolve it quickly.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with Sonetel. The service is reliable, secure, and backed by excellent customer support.

As I travel extensively due to my work, I was looking for a phone number solution that would fit my needs. I came across Sonetel during searching the web and decided to try them out. Since I signed up, the app and website platform as well as the features included have really performed as wanted. You even receive a transcript of recordings left in your voicemail. I have yet to explore all the services offered with the package but sure they will not disappoint when the time comes. And to boot, hats off for a very responsive and personal support team ready and able to assist with any issues or questions you may have. Keep up the good work!
