The app crashes when you try to make a maintenance request. It continues to crash as of today

In theory this app is the perfect interface to see your maintenance requests, billing info and more. However, due to so many bugs in the UI the app crashes constantly, especially when entering text into text fields. Also the text is usually a white text over white text box making it impossible to see what you typed. I really hope the developer can release an update to resolve this issues. Also I was on an iOS beta and the app wouldn’t open at all, I downgraded my iOS back to a stable OS and the crashing issues persist within the app. Crashes happen on iPhone and iPad platforms.

Where I live they are trying to start making us pay our rent using this app but not only do I not trust it since it keeps crashing. Also they charge you a fee to pay your bills. For me it’s pointless I’ll rather be safe then sorry and keep on paying my rent through an actual check.
