Absolute garbage. They knew they didn’t have the infrastructure to serve this many people at a time and they went on to sell the subscriptions anyway. Even after the bashing they have been receiving from the first day of the World Cup, and nothing changed. People are paying money, if needed people will pay more. But the greedy bloodsuckers need to understand that every single moment of a world match is important, once missed they cannot be unmissed. Scale the system you scammers. Serve what you have promised.

Absolute garbage app! I bought a 99 BDT subscription to watch the FIFA World Cup 2026, but the experience during the opening match was incredibly frustrating. I tried logging in for 2-3 hours, but I wasn't receiving the OTP. By the time I finally managed to log in, almost one-third of the match was already over! Even after logging in, the streaming quality was pathetic. They promised 720p resolution, but I was getting 144p with constant, unbearable buffering. It was a horrible experience. Buying a subscription here is a complete waste of your time and hard-earned money. Stay away from this scam! I would give it zero stars or a negative rating if I could.

Very disappointed with Bioscope+ today. I purchased a subscription specifically to watch the FIFA World Cup, but I still can’t log in to the platform. It’s frustrating that payments are being accepted while users are unable to access the service. Major live events should be backed by proper load testing and infrastructure preparation to handle peak traffic. As a paying customer, I expected a much smoother experience.
