I have had a very positive experience using the Grameenphone (GP) app. The interface is clean, simple, and easy to navigate, making it very convenient to find and purchase minute, internet, and SMS packs. Everything is well organized, so it saves time and avoids confusion. One of the best aspects of GP is its strong and reliable network coverage across Bangladesh. Calls are clear, and network issues like call drops are very rare, which gives peace of mind during regular use. The app also allows easy recharge, balance checking, and pack activation, all in one place. Additionally, the personalized offers and occasional discounts make it even more valuable and cost-effective. Overall, the GP app is a reliable and efficient platform for managing mobile services. I highly recommend it for its excellent network quality, smooth performance, and user-friendly design.

The app is good. Please introduce dark mode and also if possible reduce down the price of the packages. As you are being able to improve your derives and you guys are now banned to sell new and old SIM cards in ND so for gods sake you have no right to increase the prices of the data packs. As 3G is going away very soon so please focus on implementing 5G as almost everyone buying a new phone in 2022 has a 5G enabled handset. So please take this review into consideration and at-least try to hold on to the game that GP had once. Best wishes to you guys. 6+ years with you guys and wanna stay with you for the coming days ahead unless you guys want us all to watch to an alternative option.

Sorry as it is a long message: I have gp vts with my car. I do get the bill every month via sms and email. But the thing is i cannot tag this number with MY GP app or even i cannot know its current recharge update. The thing is i usually pay my bill through City Touch (City Bank Internet banking). But whether it actually recharged or not, i always remain in confusion till the next bill. Once it happened that my bill was not updated and hence my gp vts service was off. So the thing is, i use MY GP app with my personal mobile number to review my recharge status but with GP VTS number i don't have any way to verify. I know you can obviously help regarding this as you are THE GRAMEENPHONE. Nothing is impossible for you guys. So please again make me amazed with a solution. And if there is no current solution then you can implement this idea without any doubt. I believe all gp vts customers will be happy regarding it. An idea: if an active GP number/sim is required for verifying in MY GP app, maybe you can make a new field for VTS where customers can put their vts number and a sms will be sent to the authorized gp number which is tagged with the gp vts number.
