To make it short, my neighbors and I at VIE Towers were waiting for the shuttle service for a LONG TIME. Could NOT get in contact with the office. Could NOT track the shuttle because tracking was OFFLINE. THE TRACKING IS OFFLINE. TWO buses were supposed to have came already yet NOTHING CAME FOR US. But we’re still paying for THIS SERVICE?!?!
